Both our own fields as well as agricultural-related fields, imposed on us the need to have our own processing capacity. So today, as a walnut exporter, we can supply more than 10 species to customers in Asia, Africa, North America and South America.

Process capacity
Our Quelen plant has an available area of 25,000 m2, with a constructed area of 9,200 m2. We have 6,250 tons storage capacity of premium quality Chilean walnuts.

We have state-of-the-art technology for shelled and unshelled walnuts:
Calibrated and bagged Wizard brand with a processing capacity of 3,402 tons/month.
Entry to Jessee brand mechanical partition with a processing capacity of 336 tons/month.
Tombra brand electronic selection with a processing capacity of 756 tons/month.
Manual sorting using Bigtem, with a processing capacity of 454 tons/month.
